You have 48 months to complete the CPC31211 Apprenticeship. Training and assessment is paperless which means that there is no paper based assessments.
You can upload photographs of work that you are doing or have completed which becomes part of your log book and workplace activities. You can leave video responses where you are asked to demonstrate knowledge and skills such as communication.
Your employer can also monitor your progress and there are progress reports which can be sent to the employer. When you log into your profile, the time and date is recorded, this shows us that you have been active in your training.
There are 22 core units and 8 elective units to complete. Each unit is broken down into several sections with computer and trainer marked questions and activities.
The learning resources are interactive in that, they are presented in video and audio form.

Your trainer can give you feedback such as whether the response submitted is correct or incorrect.
